Experience was great but unfortunately the boots I ordered looked quite different to picture so sent them back with no hassle

Looked at Raid on the recommendation from the High Heel Coach on Instagram who said they made particularly comfortable high heels- I bought 2 pairs in the sale and loved them so much I came back and bought another 2 pairs! And I have 3 more in my basket! Very sturdy stilettos with beautiful designs, pretty comfortable even for a novice high heel wearer! I have been recommending Raid to my friends since my first purchase x

I contacted the company regarding delivery. They were quick to get back to me and to follow up with their delivery service to determine when I should expect delivery in Canada. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

My niece wanted these sneakers and I couldn’t find her size anywhere. Found them across the way and she says 5 stars ?!!

Boots were delivered promptly but unfortunately they were faulty. Returned via royal mail which means i will have 2.99 deducted from my refund that i havent received yet

So now i am not getting a refund for my boots as I returned them in the box but used tape on it. So that means they are not able to resell them as they cant use the box. BUT THEY ARE FAULTY SO ARE THEY GOING TO RESELL FAULTY GOODS TO SOMEONE ELSE? So basically they have £40 they are not going to refund me because I returned a faulty product in an already damaged box. That sounds like robbery to me!! Never have I ever been mistreated like this. Please everyone be careful if buying from this company. I wouldnt want how they treated me to happen to anyone else

Ordered the long green boots for a wedding as didn’t want to show my white legs or wear tights they were better in real life than on web sight never had so many compliments over my boots always find good quality trendy shoes at raid here always a bit differant and stand out

Bought boots from the website in the sale. I paid £ 6.99 express delivery which arrived in good time. The problem came returning the boots via an inpost locker. It took myself having to contact Raid to ask where my refund was and asked to provide evidence of returning . Then took days to receive a refund, which took more funds off for postage - poor information from Raid and communication takes far too long I wouldn't buy again due to the service

Awful! Really disappointed.

Was told my order would come 3-7 working days and it's been longer than that.
I have had 0 communication about my order. Wouldn't mind if I knew where it is or what stage it is at.
I used their online portal to enquire about it and was told 1-2 days as a response and I've heard nothing.

I was initially concerned about buying these shoes as I've never heard of this brand before.

Because I am heavier (UK Size 22) I was concerned if they would be able to hold my weight, but also about how the fit would be considering I have wide feet.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when trying them on. They were soooo comfy & I didn't have to even wear them in.

They didn't rub anywhere and I could walk in them perfectly. They fit my wide feet like a glove and could withstand my weight lol.

Overall I am very impressed with this brand and would definitely recommend & buy their shoes again!

The delivery was very prompt, my boots arrived the very next day, i struggled like crazy to get them on but absolutely love them once they’re on and the fit is perfect

been 2 weeks since shipment and there is not even one update! i contacted raid 2times already still no processing. i told them i want to cancel my order, they tell me they will contact the third party?! dont recommend!

Perfect.. 2 x pairs of boots foe less than 39 quid. Was sceptical for tge price but boy I couldn't be happier fFit perfectly, comfortable, fashionable and was so excited to pair with my wardrobe outfits. Thankyou so so much

I've ordered an item twice now as it said it was in stock, and both times, I've then received a "we've cancelled your order, and sent a refund" message. Quite frustrating.
